Can also be used as a consultation for those considering The Phoenix Mentorship.
Cancellation Policy
Please note: Your session is reserved for the time booked (30, 60, or 90 minutes depending on your selection). If additional time is needed, a separate session must be booked. Refunds: All coaching and mentorship sessions are non-refundable. Booking a session secures both my time and energetic preparation. No exceptions will be made. Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests must be sent by email to RisingSoulChroniclesHealing@gmail.com at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. If you notify me with less than 24 hours’ notice, a rescheduling fee of 25% of your session rate will apply before a new date can be offered. Missed sessions without notice or failure to contact will result in a forfeited appointment. Mentorship Communication: - For clients enrolled in The Phoenix Mentorship: Email access is for light check-ins only (Monday through Friday) - Response time is within 48 hours - All deep inquiries, emotional processing, or spiritual decoding must occur during scheduled sessions Disclaimer: Coaching sessions are for spiritual and energetic support only and are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, or legal advice.
