Cancellation Policy

Session Time & Structure Your session is reserved for the time selected at booking. Each Reiki service follows a specific structure, which is outlined in the service description. - Virtual Reiki Consultation: 30 minutes of discussion only. No Reiki energy work is performed during this session. - Virtual Reiki | Physical & Chakra Support: Scheduled for 60 minutes, including a consultation followed by Reiki energy work. Clients are asked to allow up to 1.5 hours of availability so the session is not rushed. - Virtual ReikI | Mind & Chakra Support (Extended Session): Scheduled for 90 minutes, including consultation, mind-based Reiki work, and chakra-based Reiki healing. Clients are asked to allow up to 2 hours of availability so the full process can unfold without pressure. Sessions will end at the scheduled time. If additional support is desired, a separate session must be booked. Payment & Refunds Payment is required at the time of booking. All Reiki sessions are non-refundable, including donation-based sessions. Booking secures preparation time and energetic focus. Rescheduling & Cancellations At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable Missed appointments (no-shows) result in a forfeited session Late arrivals will still end at the originally scheduled time In the rare event that I need to reschedule, you will be offered a new appointment or a full refund. Scope of Reiki Sessions Reiki sessions are not coaching, therapy, or mentorship. All discussion, energy work, and processing occur within the scheduled session time. Client Readiness Clients are encouraged to review the Reiki FAQ section prior to booking.
